Postage and Packaging

All jewellery is carefully packed in acid free tissue and put in an organza pouch. If you spend over £25 your jewellery will automatically come in a gift box.

1. How much does it cost to send?

All orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery so we can track all packages online. It costs £2.75 to mainland UK and £4.00 to any other country.

2. Do you post to Europe and Worldwide?

Yes - It is all handled automatically through the cart system. Please email me if you in a country not currently available... jules@charmnecklaces.co.uk

3. How long will my package take to arrive?

Items are posted within 24 hours of order confirmation on weekdays. For UK, it should arrive within 1-3 working days. If you experience problems please let me know. I use Recorded Delivery so items can be tracked.

4. Which address should I supply?

On the address page of the shopping cart, please specify an address where you or someone else will be able sign for the package.

Ordering Information

1. Can I order by email or telephone?

All orders can now be placed using the website. However if you have a specific question about an order please email me at jules@charmnecklaces.co.uk. I do not accept telephone orders.

2. Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. PayPal accepts ordinary credit card payments; Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Solo and more. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

3. Can I pay using a personal cheque or bank transfer?

If you would prefer not to use PayPal, please feel free to contact me and I will let you know the best course of action. jules@charmnecklaces.co.uk

4. Can I order extras?

Yes you can, but please enquire separately if you would like extra chains or anything else.

Returns and Refunds

1. Can I return an item for a refund?

Of course. I have a no quibble returns policy. If you are unhappy with your necklace when it arrives you may return it for a full refund. It must be posted back within 7 days by Recorded Delivery in exactly the condition it arrived.

Once I've received and checked the item you will be refunded by your original payment method.

Please note: I do not cover the cost of returning an item, you will have to pay this yourself. Please only return it in the condition you received it in. If the item has changed or been damaged I will not be able to offer a refund.
